training today... swam 2km. 5 sets of 10 and 10 sets of 5. Did quite badly for the first part cos my stomach couldn't take it, jus had lunch like 1 hour b4, so didn't have enough time to digest. later on i managed to catch up wif tom's speed and for a few sets faster than san chong. tt's a big achievement for me man, because i started out much slower than jeremy chee. realli shiok. holiday hw haven't realli finished yet... cos i haven't read the chinese book. yep.
