weeeee finally back from the polo trip in Melacca!!! Shall be posting what happened in the 4 days and 3 nights:

Day 1 - Saturday
Set off for Melacca early in the morning, but it so happened that we met wif a traffic jam at the checkpoint and I was treated to a torturing 1 hour discussion of football manager, delivered by seeto, jian ying and brandon. Woo sheng also got quite pissed so he dozed off at the corner of the bus. I just listened and counted the number of buses in the queue behind us: 13. That was how bored I was... Later on we had a 4 hour ride, accompanied by the viewing of 'Casino Royale' wheeee!!!
When we reached there we immediately played the KL team, ending off with a score of 14 to 11. (we win lar of course) I scared a player by shouting at him (well I wouldn't say 'shouting', it was more of a bark XD) As such, he missed his corner shot. Got another player pissed by giving him a hard grab on the wrist. Defended off 1 goal... =) and ummm we went for lunch at Mac's. It was darn cheap!! I had a double cheese burger, large fries, large coke and mcflurry, all for just 12.90RM, which is about S$6.50. Had to share my fries cos i couldn't finish them... Well that was about all for the first day. We slacked for the rest of the day. I learnt how to play dai-di finally. (wait issit tai-ti or dai-di...) My room-mates were weishen, danfer and shawn. Quite fun, considering we had danfer, who is rather crazy at times. They stayed up to watch Newcastle, which i dun quite understand...

Day 2 - Sunday
Woke up in the morning with a sore left arm, considering that I had to sleep on it. I was sharing the double bed with shawn, so I couldn't really turn anywhere... no offence to shawn. Played the Melacca team today, but I was put in a darn screwed up team. I was somehow very pissed in the morning, perhaps it was because of fatigue. But I became even more pissed when I got put in that team, so I decided to vent it out on the players. Got rough with some of the players and chionged like hell, cos we kept losing the ball. Scored a tyco goal which was shot smack in the middle. The keeper thought I was gonna shoot to the side so he jumped. haha. I am a lucky person. Won wif a close scoreline of 11-10. Scored the tyco winning goal. =)
Got a little more awake after the game, so we watched hwa chong play wif KL. Haha the KL keeper got the hwa chong guy pissed after saving his shots for 3 times in a row. Hmmm.... So we slacked the rest of the day. The night was quite sick. We watched Chelsea vs Man U... didn't quite expect the score to be 1-1. Haha there was another match b4 that, but I didn't bother to watch. AND b4 we all watched the matches we played dai-di for like 1.5hours. I slept from about 10 to 1+ when the chelsea match already started and walked out of the room to find the rest of my room-mates+yinrong+marcus watching the match. They were all eating the cup noodles weishen bought, so I took the tom-yam one, cos i was so darn freezed up. And ironically i missed the 2 goals. The first was while I was sleeping and the other was when I was in the toilet. slept at about 2 am.

Day 3 - Monday
Woke up at 9am and met at the gym at 10am. Did lots of pushups and situps as a team. I forgot the numbers... Think it was 200 pushups and 120 situps. We did some ma2 jiaos3 in exchange for the situps... Sang some songs to push ourselves on... Here's the lyrics.

Ok the rest of the lyrics aren't very appropiate, so i shall not put them here. Played soccer at the tennis court. Scored 4 goals!! Had great fun... haven't played soccer for quite some time le. Played till about 12.30 and had lunch. From 1 to 6.30, we had our own free time. Here's what my room did... we played cards till about 2pm and shawn started complaining about his stomach. So we went to mahkota parade to eat and danfer starts complaining that the food was shitty. Sure enough I had a bad stomachache some time after eating. And hell. When I went to the toilet, all the cubicles were taken, so i was jumping around and banging my fist on the wall, trying to um... suppress the force from within. XD Got to do my business, but had to rush back to the hotel to the toilet again... cos the force from within was just too great. haaaa. We watched 'Happy Feet'

in the night, treated by Mr Lim and mrs d'cruz. It's damn nice!! Would have been great if i could have watched wif my friends back in singapore... But it was great all the same. They actually had a movie called 'Cicak-Man' talking about this guy mutated by a lizard. It's darn corny lol!! Go google it or sth. I shall not talk about it. xD

Man... i am tired after typing so much. shall continue day 4 and other stuff tomorrow. tchao!

another long awaited post... XD
it's been quite some time i posted. Well, i've been busy this week wif my trainings, planning of OBS and catching up some anime series. Another big part was reading Da Vinci Code all over again, which I have yet to finish. Interesting life huh? zzz guess this is the holidays for me. Really feel like going out wif friends again except that one of them has been a little *stone* nowadays. Well at least towards me only. Let's do it one by one...

Fate-stay night (warning: spoilers ahead): Young Emiya Shiro is a really helpful guy who was the only survivor from a calamity caused by the results of a 'game' called the Holy Grail War. In this war, there are only seven players called Masters. These masters are all a class of magicians called the Magi. These Magi have the power to summon medieval spirits called Servants. Servants are classified into seven classes and so far i only know that one is Saber, another is Archer and another is Lancer. Saber is supposedly the most powerful one and is most wanted by the Masters. And Shiro somehow got her. She's damn cute... but she's a knight. So... to win the Holy Grail and to make sure it doesn't fall into the wrong hands, Shiro has to kill the other masters, which is the simplest way, because once a master is eliminated, it means one less Servant to deal with. On the other hand if a Servant is eliminated, the Master can summon another Servant to fight for him. Yep so the whole show is very bloody.

Da Vinci code... Well the same old thing lar. I really felt quite eerie when I looked at 'The Last Supper' in the encyclopedia again, cos i was like: "omg... are u sure history is that crazy??!! Da Vinci actually made blueprints of structures and things way beyond his time: airplanes etc." The fact that the stuff in the book which Dan Brown claims to be true are actually that close to us, even the part on Disney productions and Disney being the modern Da Vinci really FREAKED ME OUT. Seriously. Well perhaps that's one of the major reasons why I chose history over geography. I like the thrill, you see. Some ppl choose to interpret history in a different way, people like Da Vinci... He rox lar. Plain rox. If you haven't read it yet, I suggest you go read it cos it really gives you a whole new insight on history. It's not as boring as it seems. Ok... and now for the pictures!!

It's been almost a week since my last post. Dun worry i have a good explanation. Monday to wednesday: i was at Malaysia's tiara beach resort. Well on monday i was still pretty fine, so I could take the 3 hour ride to Tiara itself. It was really very relaxed on Monday cos we didn't do much and even played water games like polo (although it is not realli polo; everyone was using 2 hands, but i had fun nonetheless) and water volleyball. Even went to try out the slides. My room mates were both polo guys, one's nigel choo and the other's zhuo yang. Didn't talk about polo though. I spent both nights talking to luwei. haha we talked like 2 hours on both nights, damn farni. It's like we were both in one room then talk talk talk from 10.30pm till 12.40pm. The other guys were no better: they were either playing zong yi's fifa 06 or 07 on his laptop or just stoning the time away. Lol on the other hand me and luwei noe how to make good use of time to catch up on each other. XD

Second day: i woke up wif some irritation in my throat, so i was having dry coughs all the time. Did lots and lots of reflection on this day. Morning we reflected on the past year, and in the afternoon we made plans for the upcoming year. Quite fun lar, considering that i was in Human Resource and already had some fun seniors, unlike the Discipline board, got no life liddat, except ppl like zong yi and titus lar. Went into the water again during the evening for a bit of volleyball. Yea and in the night I talked to luwei again. Nigel got kidnapped by nabil and the others, so he didn't come back to our room for the whole night. Thought he was missing or sth; make me and zhuo yang so worried. We thought we had locked him out, cos maybe he forgot he had the keys.

Last day: Woke up with a bad sore throat and blocked nose. When i open my eyes for too long, they'll hurt, so I had a really bad morning. We left the resort at 11.30am and took a 3h ride to Mahkota in Melacca. Had lunch there and i bought a pair of ankle socks for abt S$5.60, normally it will be 8.90 in Singapore. Jon lim got a nice hair cut lol. I realised that the posers in Malaysia are more extreme than those in Singapore man... they really dye their hair crazily. Haa i didn't have any water left before leaving the shopping centre, so I bought a cup of iced blended mocha and took like 2 hours to finish it. I realised I couldn't drink too much or my bladder will suffer. Next up, a 4hour ride to RI. Damn crazy sia.

So now... i am still stuck with the stupid sore throat and blocked nose. Eyes are feeling better, but still can't go for training till next monday when i feel better and fitter. Darn busy wif OBS stuff now and got a meeting tomorrow. Sian diao.

Some more Counterstrike stuff: I can do headshots accurately now!! Except if I miss once, i can't really finish the guy liao. Trying to get a new tactic. M4 carbine is good for headshots, so is Krieg and Navy. Not used to the large recoil of Ak yet... Will try.

haiyo. what a stupid post i typed. Guess the fight wif jay seeto did get into my head. OK. darn it. forget whatever i said ok? jus forget everything. THAT wasn't me at all.

This is probably my last post b4 i set off for Malaysia, TIARA BEACH RESORT yet again for the RIPB retreat. What did i do today???? Haha. Played counterstrike: Source almost the whole day lar, but had to do some chinese work which my mum told me to do. (still haven't finished) perhaps this is my payback for missing the class LAN. EH joel!! dun think u can own me anymore cos i have been training hard ok!! owned clan members from china and europe ok... muhahaa. took a break in between and watched the last few episodes of Trinity Blood. Down to the last episode now. But somehow i dun want to finish it, cos i still want to enjoy the show! arghh i will miss 3 days of counterstrike, 3 days of msn, 3 days of training!! this is hell. okay... shall say something abt counterstrike now.

Counterstrike: Source... Mp5's the most stable weapon... always use a flashbang. Always aim for the head first then after the first 2 bullets then shift down ur crosshair to the chest such that the top crosshair is at the head. And u get a head shot. Cos of recoil lar. in fy_iceworld go for the auto shotgun cos it's the most explosive and damaging and the map's so small. only use carbine and ak if u are pro at aiming. Or else u can forget abt it (like me lar :P) okok off to dinner. brb

i am feeling darn screwed up now. mayb because it's jay seeto from hci who had a fight wif me in the water... but i got a feeling someone blocked me on msn. and this someone's friend is not telling why this contact is not online. i dunno lar but if i got blocked...

haven't been posting for the past few days... some reasons why:
1) Busy wif the OBS 07 planning...
2) Busy wif the U-16 in which we got 2nd, cos after i get home i jus go sleep or use msn... forget abt blogger liao.
3) Busy trying to persuade someone. =)

Yesterday's training was sick man. Totally. Did some drills which i think totaled to abt a 1k swim, or 800m. Then we did 50X4 passing... but we always do more than the given one. Next was hardcore shooting, followed by a match in which i pissed yinrong off cos i pulled his trunks. XD Last we did 40 jumpings on 6kg weight belt+80 medicine ball throwings+100 crunches. Ouch. My body's still aching from it lor.
Today's not any better. Now i can still slack a little, but later on will have to go learn some stupid chinese txtbk stuff. grahfghghgh... At topic 3 liao lor. At 12 will have to go to RI to set up the board farewell stuff. MAN why can't i go lanning wif joel and my classmates!!! =( i feel damn damn sad zzz. All the way till 6.20pm, then have to go usher parents for the Academy briefing from 7 to 8. one good thing though: i got bio academy!! gotta go brb.

had a great day today! Set off for suntec convention centre for some Global Entrepolis thing at 9am and reached there at 10am. Well, saw lots of organisations selling their stuff, like I saw some weird water pipes, softwares and so on. Of course there were other schools there, like hwa chong and yep. :) My booth was a one-man booth, so I was quite stressed at the start. Entrepreneurs and businessmen started moving arnd and yea, i did my usual stuff. Some kind gentleman bought me a cup of coffee, but he purposely did not give me the stirrer besides the sugar and cup of coffee. He said it was up to me to figure out how i can stir the coffee. haha i was quite suprised someone actually bought coffee for me, but well, that proves that there are kind souls still in the world... hmm i took the empty sugar sachet and rolled it up to make it thicker and harder and used it to stir the coffee lol. that was the best i could do. Meanwhile i occupied myself with some other stuff, like talking to students from other schools :) and this primary guy who realli wants to go to raffles. haha i told him that raffles is bloody stressful but must be a little smarter and do other things like me, then he went like: "huh. what. I dun get you." I replied: "Of course u don't lar. P6 only..." HAHA. So fun suanning younger kids.

But some entrepreneurs were realli quite interested and even took photos of the products. lol some of them thought I did everything and were like so amazed until i said: "uh no... these are all different groups of students haha." But the experience was great. Very. Mr Teo told me to talk more to other ppl from other schs and the entrepreneurs and I did lar. Shiok man. Still went training in the afternoon. OH YEA. speaking of waterpolo, we had the U-16 comp few days ago, it's still going on, but the scores:

1) Chinese Swimming Club (CSC): we thrashed them 28 - 3, cos they were p6 kids, too young lar as i said.
2) Great White Club: 12 - 3, a combination of ppl from acs barker and saint andrew's. I zidaned some sec 4 guy in the face while taking foul, but i said sorry so it was ok.
Played both matches, but some mates claimed that i used up all my 'credits', so i can't play the National Womens' Team. Argh. See how lar, mayb brandon will put me in... hope for the best. rakion time. :)
