AHHHHH last day of January!! Oh man time really flies like a mad dog. I've gotten used to seeing my friends in long pants, some tucking out their belts (as if there's anyone to attract. -.- unless they are gay of course :D), some growing really tall, like wth Yensen is same ht as me now, perhaps taller. Sadly, I am not growing AT ALL ]: Grown only like 2 cm since sec 1? Guess my growth spurt's not here yet... One of the shortest in the cohort now. haha but of course, looking at things on the bright side, there ARE people shorter than me, and perhaps, it's not that i am short, but batch-mates are tall. Hm. Feel better now. Kayy i shall not worry about height for now.
Shorter people? There are a few ex-marists in the sec 1 cohort that i do morning duty for, and they seem to be quite enthu when they see me, but it so happens that every time that happens i will be in a very dao state or simply feel extremely sian and dun wan to tok to anyone at all. haha so they come up to me and say: "yo bro." Reaches out his hand, and i take it. Yea. Of course at that time when i am very stoney, i was thinking to myself: "haii. stop being so childish can or not. yo yo bro. diao." Now, come to think of it, wasn't I in his shoes like 2 years back?? Interesting huh...
Well somehow, I still do not feel that I feel enough for RI... Like if the buildings all collapsed one day, I wouldn't really mind huh. :p But one thing's for certain... I will definitely miss my friends a lot. Like what mr.mac said: what's impt is not the buildings or infrastructure, but the spirit that we breathe into it. So here's a list of what I will miss about RI if it were gone... (so sian rite.)
1) The people!! Esp my batchmates... '07 batch rox!!
2) The swimming pool!!! Cos it's my 3rd home...
3) Polo mates!! (though they are part of the people, i will miss the pantats hahaaa)
4) Jiao lian and Mr Lim plus plus other teachers
5) The LTs, cos they are the only places which remind me of my sec 1 and 2 life now... OH yea. plus the astroturf!!
Haha maybe a gauge to see whether I have enough passion for RI would be to see if I cry on the graduation day in sec 4. Perhaps the source of the problem is becos we know that when we graduate, we will merely step over to RJC, and we will still get to see RI. Hmm but walter told me that it just feels completely different and some other seniors also told me that life in rjc kinda sux compared to RI... ahha i dunno whether i will have different views... hahaa i shall work hard for this!!
